Return policy
If you need to request a size exchange, you can contact us at devoluciones@aire-925.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, each ring is unique — slight variations are part of their charm and not considered defects. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on differences in appearance.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, and only in exchange for another ring or a store credit.
Care & Maintenance
To keep your ring looking its best, avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
Store it in a dry, soft-lined box or pouch to prevent scratches and tarnishing.
Clean gently with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
